Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are no longer able to make modifications or cancellations. Occasionally this is the case even when the ship date is a few days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse team’s capacity. Shipping address may be updated if the order has not been fulfilled already.
