Weston Table will issue a return authorization and return shipping label for items purchased from westontable.com within 30 days of purchase. Returned items need to be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization using the provided prepaid shipping label for Weston Table to process a refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a free shipping promotional code was used on the original order, the $14 flat rate will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns. The return label provided includes insurance and is offered at a discounted rate from carrier retail prices. Return orders have a minimum $14 return shipping fee. Return shipping charges above $14 are charged at the true cost of shipping. Any packages sent without a return authorization will not be processed. If Weston Table Rewards were applied to an order, Rewards will be refunded to your Rewards Account before a credit card refund. If the refund amount exceeds the Rewards amount, the additional refund will be applied to the original credit card payment method.


If you would like to initiate a return for an item purchased via the Facebook/Instagram sales channel, please contact [email protected] and our team will issue a return authorization. Due to system limitations, guests making a Facebook/Instagram order return are responsible for purchasing their own shipping label and insurance. Weston Table is not responsible for any damages. To best serve our guests, we recommend placing all orders directly on westontable.com so we may provide the return shipping label and insurance. 


Gift recipients may return gifts that were purchased from Weston Table up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Special orders, engraved items, baby items, seasonal items, gift cards, cloth face masks, edible as well as perishable items are not eligible for returns.

To keep things simple, we offer refunds instead of exchanges. This makes it easy for you to reorder any item, style, size, or color you may choose. Please go to westontable.com and place a new order. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are no longer able to make modifications or cancellations. Occasionally this is the case even when the ship date is a few days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse team’s capacity. The shipping address may be updated if the order has not been fulfilled already.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. You may still return the item, per our regular return policy. Please contact us to initiate a return and we will provide a return shipping label at our discounted rate. 

Please do keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. Returns require a return authorization from our guest services team. Please email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Your item(s) must be unused and in its/their original packaging. Special orders, engraved items, seasonal items, gift cards, cloth face masks, edible, as well as perishable items are ineligible for returns.
  3. We are unable to accept returns on orders that are shipped by a freight forwarding service.
  4. If an item is damaged, click here to send us a message with photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packing materials in which it arrived. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we would be happy to send you a replacement or process a return for you, whichever you prefer. 
    If a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect or missing pieces, the manufacturer will be contacted to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Depending on availability and timing, Weston Table reserves the right to request whether replacement pieces or a replacement item will be sent.
  5. Please use Weston Table's provided return label for your return. These labels are offered at a discounted rate and include insurance. We will file a claim on your behalf for any return packages damaged in transit.
  6. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse.
  7. All items shipped freight are final sale. 
  8. All OFYR Grill items are final sale.
