Shipping and Return PolicyUpdated 4 months ago

For Orders Shipped within the Contiguous United States:

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing and sourcing the items. If you would like to initiate a return, Weston Table will issue a return authorization and a return shipping label for items purchased from westontable.com within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to initiate a return for item(s) purchased on Facebook and Instagram, please see the Facebook and Instagram Orders section below. Returned items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization using the provided prepaid shipping label for Weston Table to process a refund. Packages sent without return authorization or a Weston Table provided shipping label will not be processed. Packages received with postage due will be returned to sender. Guests are responsible for retaining the original shipment packaging (box and packing materials). Weston Table reserves the right to refuse to process the return if the original shipping packaging is not used for the return. This policy protects Weston Table and our guests by ensuring we may submit insurance claims for any shipping damages on your behalf.

Weston Table subsidizes the cost of outbound shipping on most orders. Return orders have a minimum $15 return shipping fee. Return shipping charges above $15 are charged at the true cost of shipping for both outbound and return packages for change-of-mind returns, which may be higher than our flat rate shipping. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a free shipping promotional code was used on the original order, the $15 flat rate will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns in addition to the return fee. 

Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable shipping fees. Please allow one to two weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. The timing of the refund may depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment.

If Weston Table Rewards were applied to an order, Rewards will be refunded to your Rewards Account before a credit card refund. If the refund amount exceeds the Rewards amount, the additional refund will be applied to the original credit card payment method.

Gift recipients may return gifts that were purchased from Weston Table up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Special orders, engraved items, baby items, seasonal items, gift cards, cloth face masks, food items as well as perishable items are not eligible for returns.

To keep things simple, we offer refunds instead of exchanges. This makes it easy for you to reorder any item, style, size, or color you may choose. Please go to westontable.com and place a new order. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns from different orders may not be combined. Please submit separate return authorizations and ship back returns from separate orders individually in their original shipping box and packing materials. 

Please do keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. All returns require a return authorization. Please access our self-service return portal here to initiate a return. Please be sure to include  "Order No." when entering your order number (e.g. "Order No. 12345") and the email associated with your order. Please note that some items are ineligible for self-service returns. If you have any questions, please contact us here

  2. Your item(s) must be unused, in its/their original packaging, and with stickers/tags (if applicable). 

  3. Please note that the following items are final sale: 

    • Special/custom orders, engraved items, holiday/seasonal items, gift cards, cloth face masks, edible, as well as perishable items (including wreaths), items that are shipped by a freight forwarding service, OFYR Grill items, and Tent Event items

  4. If an item arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and the following:

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Photos of the box(es) and the packing materials
    • Photo of the shipping label on the box
    • Please note, Weston Table may require the damaged item(s) to be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. In certain instances, especially for higher-value shipments, our insurance provider may send you a claim form that must be filled out and returned before a replacement or refund can be processed.

    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we would be happy to send you a replacement (if available) or process a return for you, whichever you prefer. If a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect or missing pieces, the manufacturer will be contacted to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Depending on availability and timing, Weston Table reserves the right to request whether replacement pieces or a replacement item will be sent. If damages are not reported within the 72-hour window or the necessary photos are not provided, Weston Table reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

  5. Packages sent without return authorization or a Weston Table provided shipping label will not be processed. Weston Table’s provided shipping labels include insurance. We will file a claim on your behalf for any return packages damaged in transit that have our provided shipping label. 

  6. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift, please contact [email protected], and our team will be in touch as soon as possible with the next steps.

Order Modifications and Cancellations 

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to make modifications or cancellations. Pulling an order requires time and labor and is dependent upon factors such as the warehouse team’s capacity and our shipping carriers. 

The shipping address may be updated if the order has not been fulfilled already.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. You may still return the item, per our regular return policy. 

For Facebook and Instagram Orders: 

To best serve our guests, we recommend placing all orders directly on westontable.com so we may provide the return shipping label and insurance. 

If you would like to initiate a return for an item purchased via the Facebook/Instagram sales channel, please contact [email protected] and our team will issue a return authorization. Due to system limitations, guests making a Facebook/Instagram order return are responsible for purchasing their own shipping label and insurance but a return authorization is still required. Weston Table is not responsible for any damages. 

For International and Non-Contiguous United States Orders:

All orders shipping outside the contiguous United States are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Duties, taxes, and additional custom fees are not included at the time of checkout. Guests are responsible for paying all applicable duties and fees charged by their local government(s). 

International shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. If the true cost of shipping exceeds the estimated rate by 10% or more, Weston Table will send an additional invoice for the difference in the true cost of shipping. 

For All Orders:

Please note that additional charges may apply if a delivery address requires white glove delivery or any special delivery requirements, which must be noted at checkout. Guest is responsible for any applicable charges charged by carrier due to address limitations. 

If a guest misses their scheduled delivery date or is non-responsive to carrier's communication, the shipping carrier may store the shipment and the guest is responsible for any applicable storage fees. 

If a shipment is returned to Weston Table by the shipping carrier after failed delivery attempt(s), you will be refunded to your original payment method minus a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order and the true cost of shipping both ways, including insurance and any additional fees, including storage fees. 

Weston Table is not responsible for shipping to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, please contact us with the updated shipping address, and we will do our best to update the shipping address if the order has not been fulfilled yet. If the order has been fulfilled, you may initiate a return when the package is delivered. Weston Table does not issue refunds for any packages delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout if they are not returned per our regular return policy.  

Occasionally, for high-value orders, Weston Table may request a copy of the purchaser’s photo identification. Weston Table reserves the right to cancel an order if photo identification is not provided. 

Weston Table does not issue retroactive discounts or price adjustments. 

Occasionally, some of the products on our site are shipped directly by the vendor. Please note that if your item is shipped directly from the vendor, we will share the shipping and contact information you provided at checkout with that vendor so they may complete your shipment.
