What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or missing?Updated 20 days ago
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and the following:
- Photos of the damaged item(s) or the name and quantity of the missing item(s)
- Photos of the box(es) and the packing materials
- Photo of the shipping label on the box
- Please note, Weston Table may require the damaged item(s) to be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. In certain instances, especially for higher-value shipments, our insurance provider may send you a claim form that must be filled out and returned before a replacement or refund can be processed.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we would be happy to send you a replacement (if available) or process a return for you, whichever you prefer. If a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect or missing pieces, the manufacturer will be contacted to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Depending on availability and timing, Weston Table reserves the right to request whether replacement pieces or a replacement item will be sent. If damages, defects, or missing items are not reported within the 72-hour window or the necessary photos are not provided, Weston Table reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
