What if my item arrives damaged or defective?Updated 2 years ago
Please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and the following:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the box(es) and the packing materials
- Photo of the shipping label on the box
Please note, Weston Table may require the damaged item(s) to be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. In certain instances, especially for higher-value shipments, our insurance provider may send you a claim form that must be filled out and returned before a replacement or refund can be processed.
We will either provide you with a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience with the process.
