I received a Weston Table item as a gift and would like to exchange it. What are my options?Updated 9 months ago

Weston Table accepts returns of gifts (for gift card credit to the recipient, minus the cost of return shipping—or a refund to the original purchaser for the same amount) within 30 days of delivery. To get your return label, simply click here to contact us and we will send you one via email.

Please keep these guidelines in mind:

1. If you would  like to proceed with gift card credit, please let us know the email your account is under. If you do not yet have an account, you may sign up for an account by here.
2. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Gift cards, monogrammed pieces, baby items, seasonal and perishable items are not eligible for returns.
4. If an item is damaged, please send us an email and include photos of the box and the the item and we will send a replacement.

Refunds are issued once the item is returned to us in original condition with all of its packaging.
